StaffMate is a mobile app for employees of companies that run Odoo. It connects to your own Odoo server — attendance, payslips, leave and documents, in Arabic and English.
AttendanceCheck in and out from the phone, with GPS verification against the workplace. Face recognition is optional and off by default.
PayslipsEmployees see their salary breakdown line by line, and can download the PDF.
LeaveCheck the balance, request time off, follow the approval. Managers approve from the app.

It runs on your server, not ours
StaffMate has no central database. The app talks directly to the Odoo instance your company already runs, and the data never passes through us. If you host Odoo yourself, your employees' data stays exactly where it is today.
It works with Odoo Enterprise and with Odoo Community.
Getting started
Install the StaffMate module on your Odoo server, then hand each employee a connection code. They scan it once, sign in, and they are set up.
